ABC Monthly Meeting in Milwaukee – Thursday August 18th, 2011
 
Each month your ABC Board meets to plan upcoming events, discuss Audi Club North America activities and brainstorm on how to enhance our Club.  All Club members are welcome to participate in these monthly meetings.  This meeting is being held at Audi North Shore and will begin at 6:30pm.

Audi Technology Session at Zimbrick Audi in Madison – Saturday August 20th, 2011

The Audi Club is teaming up with Zimbrick Audi in Madison to present an Audi technology seminar.  The purpose of the seminar is two-fold, introduce the Audi Club to Audi enthusiasts and showcase the incredible technology being offered in the latest Audi vehicles.  Anyone interested in cars and technology is welcome to attend the seminar.

We have recruited Audi Technicians to come to Madison and present the latest Audi technologies:

·  The Audi Connect services such as MMI plus navigation system linked to Google Earth 3D Maps and Google Local Search with voice recognition

·  The awesome LED lighting packages being offered in the new A6, A7 and A8 models

·  The Night Vision Assistant utilizing thermal imaging technology to detect pedestrians and animals (such as deer) on dark country roads at night

·  Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop and Go function (for driving in Chicago traffic)

·  The Quattro all wheel drive system for performance and handling in any weather conditions

·  New fuel efficient, high mileage TDI Clean Diesel and Hybrid vehicles

The seminar is being held on Saturday August 20th from 9:00am to Noon at Zimbrick Audi, 2300 Rimrock Road in Madison.

The Milwaukee Masterpiece Car Show – Saturday & Sunday August 27-28, 2011

The Milwaukee Masterpiece Show is an awesome car show right here on the Milwaukee Lakefront.  This is a two day event with Saturday showcasing local auto clubs and Sunday featuring the Concours D’Elegance. The Audi Badger Chapter is participating in the Club Day on Saturday.  Several of our members will be displaying their Audis. 

Any club member can join us to display their Audi or purchase a ticket for entry to the events on Saturday AND Sunday. The cost is $15 per vehicle registration that includes (2) exhibitor passes (if you display your Audi or just decide to attend the show).  If you sign-up and decide to display your Audi, you must be at the Exhibitor Area between 9:00-9:30 on Saturday.  The Show opens at 10:00am.  All club day registrants will receive complimentary breakfast and snacks in the VIP tent on Saturday.
